Located in the Chinese Quarter in Birmingham’s City Centre, the project is one of the many redevelopment schemes happening across the Midlands. With 52,000m2 of space, Albany House is primarily used as offices with retail space available on the ground level.
Kate added: “We have worked with EQUITONE before and found the durable nature and visual appeal of the material great to work with, making it ideal for this project and the finished result looks fantastic. Albany House has been transformed from what was a dull construction into a modern and aesthetically pleasing building, which stands out in the Birmingham skyline.
“When looking at the before and after pictures of the project it looks like a brand new building has been put in its place. The client was delighted with the finished result. It is in a prime spot in the city centre and the offices, which were around 60% occupied at the start of the contract, are now fully occupied with many high profile tenants thanks to the renovation.”
