The role is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating roofing products marketing communications across a number of multi product campaigns to generate valuable sales leads and support the company strategy to offer a complete roof system
Plan and implement the roofing products communication plan to align with the company’s strategic objectives and brand ambition.
Deliver effective and segmented marketing campaigns to increase awareness & reach to generate sales leads & goal conversion.
Develop new and creative communication strategies, incorporating customer journey mapping, analysing touch points with the organisation to maximise commercial opportunities
Develop incentive programmes and implement trackingand reporting to measure effectiveness
Implementation of a successful content marketing strategy to support a range of elements including digital, media and direct marketing.
Developing clear and compelling product value propositions for each decision making group.
Work closely with the Marketing team, Customer Services, Technical and External Sales to deliver effective internal and external communications
Management of agencies and the internal approval process to ensure timely delivery of projects, within budget.Ability to support and in some cases lead departmental, company or regional projects
Ensure communications are in line with the Company brand guidelines, values and ambition, with a focus on providing real value to our customers
Maintain focus on gold standards of safety at all times, constantly vigilant and pro-active in respect of recognising and reporting hazards, ensuring high levels of awareness, and taking a continuous improvement approach to the working environment and Safety behaviours in respect of self, colleagues and any other third parties/visitors
Always seek to add value, applying lean principles, wherever applicable
Any other duties that are considered to be within the capability of the job holder that may be required from time to time
Qualifications & skills
Relevant degree and / or CIM related discipline or the equivalent relevant experience
5 years relevant experience.Possess strong analytical capability and marketing knowledge in formulating effective product campaign strategies
Knowledge of database marketing strategies / segmentation and digital.An understanding of the importance of sales and customer relationships
Strong project management skills, analytical skill, excellent written and verbal communication
Team orientated.Self-motivated and results orientated.Ability to build relationships.
Conscientious and takes responsibility to deliver outstanding marketing communications.
