EHSQ Manager

Closing Date: 25.04.2017

The role is based at the Gainsborough Site. Reporting to the Gainsborough Production Director with dotted line responsibility to the Company EHS Manager. This position has overall responsibility for the Gainsborough EHS Management systems.

The EHSQ Manager (Gainsborough) should possess the ability to work pro-actively, efficiently and accurately, to prioritise workload, be self motivated and work on their own initiative.

In addition to excellent IT skills, the job holder will also be an effective communicator with the ability to work in a team and on an individual basis.A positive attitude coupled with the ability to direct and involve others on health and safety matters is essential.The ideal job holder may have experience of Product Quality and the associated systems within a previous role.

The job holder must have good knowledge of the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001, BS OHSAS 18001 and BS EN ISO 14001 Management Systems and EN494.

The job holder will hold as a minimum, the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health, in addition to environmental or quality related qualifications.

The job holder may have experience in conducting quality audits and hold an Internal Quality Auditors Certificate or similar qualification.

The job holder will have practical experience of working in an environment that is making effective use of lean management techniques, such as standardised methods, Kaizen, 5S and visual management.

The role may involve UK wide travel.

Sales Support Administrator

Closing Date: 25.04.2017

JOB PROFILE

To work within a small team to manage all administration for the department, ensuring accuracy and a timely execution of all work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To work within the Customer Service team to deliver World Class customer service.
    • Process account customer sample and literature requests inline with team KPI’s.
    • Assist in the management of pricing within SAP.Creating quotes as requested and ensuring information is maintained and up-to-date.
    • Assist in the running and implementation of our Expiring Quote procedures.
    • Process product returns ensuring all costs and authorisations are within agreed levels.
    • Produce and monitor weekly/monthly house-keeping reports.
    • Administrate the proof of collection paperwork.
    • Provide Reception and Post cover for daily breaks and absence.
    • Maintain administration duties on our electronic ordering system.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The job holder should be self motivated with the ability to prioritise their workload to achieve team results. The successful applicant will possess excellent administration skills with good attention to detail.Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a pre-requisite; a working knowledge of SAP being an advantage.Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
