Marley Eternit Renames the Ultimate Cladding Range

Products sold throughout the continent by the Etex Group will now feature the same brand names in a move that is being reflected throughout the European manufacturing industry as a whole, whether it is confectionery or cars.

As befits the leading fibre cement cladding and roofing manufacturer in Europe, Marley Eternit’s range of decorative rainscreen cladding panels is the largest in the UK. The company has drawn on its 90+ years of fibre cement expertise to come up with the ultimate offer for specifiers.

The flagship Natura and Natura Plus ranges retain their names as does the long-standing Glasal but three others are changed – Pelicolor is now Textura, Multiclad is now Operal and Weatherboard is now Cedral.

Textura has a highly-glazed granular finish and is available in 15 standard colours as well as any factory-approved RAL colour (subject to minimum quantities). Operal is an exceptionally easy to use, general-purpose product available in 22 standard colours, while Cedral weatherboard resembles shiplap boarding and is available in 22 standard colours as well as six wood stains.

The Natura range has a smooth, semi-translucent pigmented coating which allows the fibre cement substrate to show through and is available in 14 standard colours, while Natura Plus is through-coloured and available in nine standard colours. Glasal has an optically-flat, semi-matt mineral enamel surface and is available in 18 standard colours.
