Terms & Conditions
1. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees and immediate families of the promoter, its agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. The promotion will run from 1st October 2010 and all entries must be received by 31st December 2010.
3. The winning entry will be judged by a panel, including an independent judge, as an example of ‘the most creative use of clay’.
4. All images and the clay model in the images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and must not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in another competition. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images and clay models do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. Each entrant warrants that the photograph and the clay model in the photograph they are submitting is their own work and that they own the copyright for it. Copyright in all images submitted for this competition remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of their providing the images, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to Marley Eternit to feature any or all of the submitted images in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material connected to this competition.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
6. The winner will be notified by email no later than 31 January 2011.
7. The decision of the promoter is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The prize (the weekend break for two ) must be redeemed before 1 June 2011
9. The prize includes return flights to Bilbao from a UK Airport, all relevant taxes, transfers from the airport to and from the hotel and full board accommodation for two adults for two nights in twin or double room.
