Overview:
The Birkdale slate satisfied planning requirements that requested the use of a slate roofing product to achieve a natural-look finish.  The properties in the development have a combined size of 280m2. Whilst acknowledging the wishes of the planning process that required a slate effect finish for all roofs, the team at specifiers KD Design in Grimsby - who oversaw the development - opted for the all-round benefits that fibre cement slates can deliver.
